• R.C.C.Column footings and wall foundation with coursed rubble  masonry in cement mortar/ plinth beams.

STRUCTURE:

• Framed structure with RCC columns connected by beams and slabes at different levels with 9’ thick brick work for outer walls and 4 ½’ thick brick work for partition walls.

JOINERIES:   

• Entrance Door – paneled door with teak frames and shutter and polished. Internal doors with countrywood / M.S.Framed and painted. Flush shutters, Windows and ventilators with country wood / M.S.Frame and wooden glazed shutters painted with enamel finish. Bathroom with PVC doors, windows wood framed with MS Grill.

WALL FINISHES: 

• Interior walls finished with oil bound distemper over spot putty and exterior walls finished with cement paint.

KITCHEN:

• Black granite table top, dadoing with glazed tiles up to a height of 2” above table top. Provision for lofts and shelves for storage.

TOILETS:  

• Flooring with plain ceramic tiles and Dadoing up to 7.0” height with glazed tiles of standard quality. European water closet, Hot and Cold mixture shower for baths.
   

FLOORING:  

• Flooring with ceramic of standard quality and colour.

ELECTRICAL:       

• Light, Plug points and concealed wiring as per building standards. Sockets for TV and Telephone provided.

WATER SUPPLY:

• Concealed GI/PVC lines for water supply and drainage. Common septic tank for group of  flats. Central UG sump and OHT.
